Wax Casting
Investment Wax Casting Mold Releases, Mold Cleaners and Rust Preventives from Slide Products
Investment Wax Casting (also known as Lost Wax Casting) often requires the use of mold releases, mold cleaners and rust preventives. Slide Products has a variety of solutions to use in this process, including two new food-safe, water soluble, non-silicone mold releases engineered specifically for investment wax casting.
There is expected to be a substantial growth rate in the investment casting industry between 2023 and 2030, with total predicted revenues reaching $24.5 billion by 2030, and the domestic sector accounting for 1/3 of the global market. Much of this increase is attributed to an enhanced demand in aerospace/defense, automotive, medical devices and other technically advanced sectors.
