Reusable Cylinders

For mold releases and mold cleaners, you can reduce both your product and disposal costs at the same time with our cylinder refilling service.

For one customer, the cylinder refill program saves thousands of dollars a year, while also ensuring a steady supply of product. We rotate 40 cylinders through their facility, keeping 20 with us for refill while they have 20 in stock at their facility.

The program is simple: simply return your empty cylinders to our facility and we quickly refill and return them.

The Easiest, Most Cost-Effective Way to Dispose of Your Aerosol Cans

Programs that properly dispose of used containers are a win-win in our view: they keep the environment free of toxins and can help lower your costs at the same time.

Slide’s Hazardous Aerosol Return Program (SHARP) was created to ensure the proper disposal of empty Slide aerosol cans to prevent chemical waste from reaching landfills and polluting your local water supply and surrounding environment.

If you use a hazardous waste disposal service, shipping your canisters back to us should save you thousands every year. If you throw out your canisters in dumpsters, this offers you a cost-effective way to protect the environment and avoid fines – aerosol containers are rarely 100% empty so the remaining product within them are harmful to the environment even in small quantities per can.

How SHARP Works in 3 Steps

Step 1: Sign up for SHARP – it’s simple and takes a few minutes.

Step 2: Collect your used Slide cans – you do not need to crush the cans or remove the label. However, the spray tips must be removed for legal transport.

Step 3: Ship your cans to us – your only cost in this process is shipping, which is far less than a standard waste disposal program and is lower per can the more you ship to us. After your cans have shipped, we take care of the rest.
